we got all night

Last night I watched this movie called After Sex. I LOVED IT. It's a series of vignettes of couples talking right after sex. If you liked Waking Life or movies like that where it's all just talk (I call them "straight plays on film" even though most films can technically be called that), I recommend you seek it out. :) It was only on my radar because Emmanuelle Chriqui was in it but the rest of the cast is pretty good, as are the conversations. Also, James DeBello was never really on my radar much before (creeper from Swimfan!), but in this movie I realized he looks like a cross between Seth Rogen and Brendan Fraser and that kinda blew my mind.

THERE'S A NEW PSYCH COMMERCIAL, EVERYONE. Apparently they can't officially upload it until January due to licensing or something but omg, I love this showwwww. I just wish Henry was in it too. There's six people in the original video. :/

P.S. SBP is really funny to read on my DS Browser. The notes take up the whole top screen. At least now I don't look like a moron IMing like I did using my PSP. Although I still want the PSP keyboard.

So it seems I had a temporarily lapse of sanity last night. AT 2AM. I was sleep deprived and had HW still to do, ok?! It happens.

To prove how insane I was/insane I am, I actually woke up today thinking "WTF did I actually write in that post? Did I say that? Did I actually imply that DiMon is more important than Shawn and Gus?" They're not obviously because as much as I love Matt Damon, Leo DiCaprio will NEVER BE BETTER THAN ANYONE. So, problem solved. LOL I'm certifiably criminally insane, true story.

P.S. The Departed deleted scenes aren't even scenes, ok? There's nine of them and half of them are just shots or one line. WTF. Marty fails at recognizing what constitutes a scene. And none have to do with Dignam! *whines*

IMDB finally updated and so, I know now that the girl that looked so familiar in last week's Psych was in "The Usual Suspects" episode of Supernatural. Doy. I would spazz about the cross-fandomness but the moment has passed.

And basically 6x19 of Dawson's Creek is a huge gooey emotional!teenager mess (my faves were 8, 14 and 17) but it has Jensen and Adam Carolla and Dr. Drew in the same scene and that's more than I can ask for today!

Oh geesh. I've been trying not to post every freaking day. But everyone seems to be talking about the Super Bowl. So since everyone else is, here's my two cents:

And there's a old school Monk marathon on too. And here I am watching the Super Bowl sans chicken wings (Hooters or mother-made), sans scones, sans anything. But lots of reading material that I must finish for class tomorrow (ten articles by Locke, Rousseau, Kant and their Enlightenment crew that are all at least 2 pages long plus a 2 page "profile" on myself). This day is all kinds of lame.

Although Wild Hogs's trailer? AC/DC! Motorcycles! It's LWR meets Supernatural references. Plus, awesome cast, man. Yayes.

I've only seen two commercials I thought were hysterical, and the latter one was only because it was so slashy. But beer commercials are FTW. No Clydesdales this year though! Budweiser, what's up with this?? But this year there's YouTube, so they'll all most likely be up by tomorrow. And then I'll link you all to them. Plus the awesome Chevy commerical that was like "If you love cars, you love Chevy." HAHA Need I say anything else?

I'm annoyed by my torrent of "Bloodlust". It won't let me cap that first scene of the Metallicar, and I want an animated icon of the rims.

And you know you're a Mac Addict when you see this picture, this picture and this picture and the first things you say are "OMG he has a Powerbook/iMac." and "OMG there's a iPod shuffle ad on that billboard back there!" I know I'm not normal.

I'll post some more music tonight... this will most likely be a nightly thing.

Something's wrong with my LJ. I don't know what though. Every time I comment, it picks it's own icon, it doesn't stay on the default until I pick a specific one. Has that been happening to everyone else? Maybe it's not just mine. *shrugs*

Anyway, I've been in vidding mode so I'm currently planning out four videos. Two are parodies that a few of you have helped me with already. One is almost done. I need to rip some of Supernatural Season One onto my HD so I can get to the other two.

OMG PSYCH AND MONK ARE TOMORROW. HOW I HAVE MISSED YOU. Tomorrow at nine I will be partying over at the comms. And maybe on my lj too? And... AIM? We'll see.

I've picked up a lot of friends over the week at random comms and some of you are new to livejournal. So I'm dipping into the meme pool and organizing a multi-fandom post for later on today. Most likely for after SPN tonight.

So Heroes and Studio 60 are on next Monday. I was so happy when I looked in my DVR and checked out Monday's schedule. Seeing all that red felt good. :-) Everything's slowly returning to normal. And yes, my definition of normal is my own.

Also, Scrubs will be back for season 7. Zachy for the win.

ETA: My cockatiels are too cute. They're brothers and the younger one was inside the cage and I went to talk to it. Out of no where the older one comes waddling around the edge, into the cage and spreads his wings to hide his brother from me. I just said "You're officially Dean Cockatiel." And Leo (the older one) goes "Thank you." LMFAO.

I miss Baby, their younger sister. She used to screech at any song but Britney Spears songs. Thus, her name Baby.

ETA v. 2: Apparently, my iMove HD hates me. My video (which is just pictures, no actual video mind you) has been "saving" for five hours. No, it's not frozen. It's just saving to my external HD which takes longer than to the computer's internal HD. But the GarageBand file saved in five minutes to the same location. Just saying.
