I'm doing a job search and trying to make business cards but I just scrapped the whole design I had spent a month on because I think I should wait until my production company has a legit name. And now I'm fighting between making cards just to give out to friends and people I meet and business cards for when people stop me when I'm on a shoot and wonder what I'm doing. Then I have to shop around for the best deal on printing a bunch of these babies. And possibly getting some about.me cards, too. It's like being productive in the most off-handed way possible.

While I'm doing that, I'm also going through all the new shows I have been wanting to check out. So far Revenge and Person of Interest and 2 Broke Girls are out (sorry Kat Dennings, I can't deal with how unfunny this is), Whitney is my new My Boys in terms of characters I relate to (also hai, Chris D'Elia, plz to be more places) and I'm thisclose to getting back into HIMYM and Psych because I miss the shows. Rather, I keep seeing ads for HIMYM while watching FX Shows and it kills me to not know what's going on with those crazy NY transplants and I saw a Psych trailer and I got angry that I wouldn't be seeing the new episodes it featured. Also out: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I watched six episodes back to back and didn't laugh once.

Next up is catching up on HBO shows: Hung, How To Make It In America and Bored to Death tomorrow, then Wilfred, Leverage and Alphas next week.

I...dk, pick one and I'll pick one? I mean, we have two hours before the parade starts lining up if we meet up at 4. So we'll try two, Mcgee's and then we're out--unless you want to save McGee's for last and go to three bars first, parade, then midnight "meal" (because it'll mostly be APPETIZERS TIME, right)at McGee's?

loooool, I was totally gonna suggest McGee's for food too, omg. But, uh...I want to go back to Pig n' Whistle, otherwise...? And, uh, we COULD leave McGee's for last, but it depends on how long the parade takes us, because...I also have to catch a train home, right. Although I don't remember it taking us THAT long, before! And we DID have time for Cosi, that one year…

Okay, so I guess it depends on your train? So... what train are we aiming for, and then we can go from there! Because like, the parade ends at 11:30, which is about the time we were off to Cosi that one year. AWWW OMG, THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME I SAW BLUEBERRY PHONE, AND I STILL HAD METALLIPHONE. ~MEMORIES~~

But, well, I mean, I do have to go to work, on Tuesday, so...shittt, the train is 11:06. Um, I can maaaaybe take the 11:52...?? But probz not later than that.

Sooo yeah, maybe we should just eat in advance - that way we have more time, anyway! But wait, what bar(s) did you want to go to?

But yeah, last time you had just missed your train, that's why we had time for Cosi. The first time we were Nick & Norah mad-dashing to Penn!

Whatever, okay, anyway, we'll just do the food&drink festivities first (...except the candy! WE HAVE TO HAVE CANDY, DON'T LET ME FORGET)! And looooool, I was gonna say, in order of preference, Pig n Whistle, Blue Haven, Half Pint. Which, like.....we can do all of those, maybe (...though, alternately, we can sub out Pig n Whistle for something that's between 8th and 5th avenues...we don't save a HUGE amount of walking, that way, but...we do save...??)??

lolomg, not for all the streets! It happens at every parade, they open the cross-streets for cars to go through between the parades.

And hah, I knowwww, we've certainly been in there enough times (looking for jumper cables; looking for DCriss sunglasses; buying Halloween candy in 2009...)! Just, like, LET'S REMEMBER to hit that up; I will be V. SAD if Halloween happens without candy (lulz, see my icon; GPOY).

Welllll, on Saturday......I don't have one....and on Sunday, uhh, I guess I can find a train around the time I left on Halloween?? I mean, I don't think I actually have to work Monday, so it doesn't REALLY matter, but...I'd like to be home in SOME time, y'know.

Well, according to the website, finals start at 6?? So if we don't end up buying tickets...things go until 6 (and then we can bar hop a little, maybe). Otherwise, I guess 9 - 9:30-ish??
So, uh, yeah, apparently there's a 10:57 train home, an 11:14, and, if worst comes to worst, an 11:56 one (but...I'd like not to have to take that one, right).

....yo, wait, McGee's is kind of...out of the way?? idk, I just threw together a vague route in Google Maps (subbing in a bunch of different bars), and, uh, McGee's is kind of, the only one not in the direction we need to be going (that is, Penn Station --> the parade start; with drinking/food/general merriment on the way).
