I've got the finale of October Road, if anyone wants it? It's a ten minutes wrap-up (and I called so many things that it reveals) but for the four or five of you who watched it, it's a nice closer to that series.
Hung is thirty minutes. I didn't realize that until it took an hour to catch up. So that's what they're scheduling with Entourage! I was so confused by HBO's Sunday lineup. It's good so far, but just something to entertain myself with when I'm bored. Same with Entourage. Seth Rogen is apparently a hater, but maybe he should learn to laugh at himself.
In Plain Sight: The episode was pretty flat, but I didn't like Peter's remark about Raph fixing the house. "My people don't spackle." What, so, because Raph's Dominican that means it's okay? It would probably have been innocent, like Brandi's earlier remark that Mexicans were the same as Dominicans if Peter knew Raph better, but he doesn't. And even then, there's something different implied in that remark that isn't in Brandi's. And I like Peter pretty well, especially since he seems to have toned down Brandi a lot. But I didn't like him randomly going off with advice no one asked for at the end either. BTW, where the hell was Jinx?
Burn Notice: The Rambo!Michael episode was weak. Fun, but the show is better when the team's together. I know Michael can do jobs by himself, I just like the team together more. I did like the random new characters they added to Michael's Rolodex though. APPROVAL.
This week though, was even better. Shenkman was back, randomAlex Krycek Nicholas Lea, and a great case. Plus, Michael's contact at the end (I forgot the guy's name-- the airport one) was totally wearing the same shades as Michael. Those are Michael's signature! Costume fail.
I totally want an icon of that kid relaxing against the Charger with Michael, too. :D
Royal Pains: WAY TO CRASH AND BURN MY OTP IN TWO WEEKS WTF. They totally HIMYM'd Hank and Jill.
Divya on the other hand... I don't know what the hell they're trying to do with her. I like her a lot more now than I originally did, especially when she's deflecting Evan, but the whole random plot line with the dude from The Namesake is so weird (His character's name is Raj? HOW ORIGINAL). Last week she didn't even care and suddenly she's crying into Hank's arms because the guy came to the Hamptons during a busy case and they only hung out once?
Next schedule visits on your vacation maybe? And anyway, the whole case was her fault for talking on the phone while driving. FAIL DIVYA.
And Roselyn Sanchez can't pull off being Brazilian. Sorry, chica. Although that whole GPS thing skeeved me out royally. Way to still love the creeper, too. Nice catch there.

Date: 2009-07-29 11:14 pm (UTC)Also, I totally saw this ep of IPS!! And...yeahhh, was like, "wait, he said what now???". :/
No Jinx was SUPER-AMAZING, though, what're you talking about.
Also also, I saw the end of Royal Pains?? and based off of absolutely nothing I have actually seen, I want some Divya/the doctor guy's brother (what is his name again?? I have seen about 15 minutes of this show, total, soooo.), okay. ...having written that, I kind of reaaaaally hope the doctor guy's brother turns out to be my favorite character, because otherwise reading fic is going to be weird (assuming there IS any fic out there, even???).
Also also also, YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY BEN SHENKMAAAAAAANNNNNN (I actually did not see that episode. I just - felt like celebrating, lulz)!!!!!!!!!!! \o/
Also also also also (phew), every time I click over to another tab and can just see "boheme06: Eventually there will ..." in the tab heading or whatever for this entry, my brain goes, "...eventually there will be blood???" IDEK, OKAY. :DD

Date: 2009-07-30 12:56 am (UTC)SO IT'S NOT JUST ME? IDK, Brandi's comment was almost as offensive, but it didn't come out like that one did.
DIVYA/EVAN, YES. I don't want to go shipping like crazy on this show so I can just enjoy the characters... but those two are amazing. As is Hank/Jill, but they're already together/over/on-and-off/idek anymore so yeah. Evan IS totally my favorite character, because well, there's not many others to choose from!
LOLOL OMG THIS JUST MAKES ME EXCITED FOR MONDAY AND MY PSYCH MARATHON, EVEN THOUGH THAT'S NOT THE NAME OF THAT ONE EPISODE!

Date: 2009-08-11 09:04 pm (UTC)No, there was def something...idk, off about that.
lulz, the other day my mom and her boss (and I guess my boss, but...not really) had this whole conversation about this show! and one of the characters' names is - guess what?? DIVYA!! I was just like, "yes, I am aware!" and EVENTUALLY I WILL GET THERE. Just...maybe not anytime soon.
AND NOW PSYCH IS BAAAAAAAACK!!!!! ....and I am behind. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Date: 2009-08-11 10:08 pm (UTC)...I'm starting to think that life is about being behind on something, anything at all. I'm never fully caught up on anything!

Date: 2009-08-16 07:35 am (UTC)And omg, yayyyy!! DUDE, the Zefron ep of CSI: Miami was randomly on the other night, it was pretty great to find when I was just halfheartedly flipping channels.
...life is about being behind on......life??? I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS, WHY DID I SAY IT.
