I feel like I'm in another time zone entirely. I wake up at noon, go to sleep at 4am... it's weird. I love having the nighttime to myself though.

I am, however, all caught up on The Office and In Plain Sight. Last night I stayed up until 5am talking on AIM (and by AIM I mean all my messengers-- love you Adium!) and it was fun. I hadn't done that in a while. Other people like to go to nightclubs until 2am. I prefer being online until it's light out. Same amount of fun with less shouting over music and sore feet.

And then last night I had a great apocalyptic dream that was equal parts zombie and vampire movie. Although it spanned over three years, so it felt more like a TV series. Why aren't there TV series about apocalyptic cities? Dark Angel and the like aside, where's my series set in a world overrun by monsters? In the dream there was a disease that you could contract just by touching someone, but there were different strains. So everyone had the disease but still remained cautious, in fear of contracting one of the more serious strains-- which turned you into 28 Days Later/Resident Evil-like monsters who fed on blood at night. But since the initial strain killed a lot of people, quality of life was down and everyone was living in squalor. It was an interesting idea. If I had the motive for it, I'd try writing it. Maybe as a spec script in a few years. Who knows. If someone gets to the idea before I do, all the better. lol

I really want to play a game now, but I'm not sure which game/system. I think I'll go read comics instead. I've been meaning to read Wanted, and I might see the movie tomorrow (depends on my nephew's desire to see Get Smart) so that's good choice.
