Double deal movies, plus omg kids
Oct. 12th, 2007 08:15 pmI just came back from seeing Resident Evil: Extinction and We Own The Night. And I really want to check my flist, but since the house was run by kids last night, I couldn't watch my shows and i dun wanna b3 5p01l3d!!111 I watch a lot of not-for-kids stuff, don't I? I never noticed this until just now.
I was going to watch Robot Chicken instead of the DVR, but whoops, that'll make kids cry too. How do you people with young kids living with you deal? I feel awkward shooing them off because it's not for their eyes, and eventually turn it off. But there's only so many hours where the DVR is available to me, you know? I've got about thirteen movies on there dating back to March.
Anyway, let's talk about stuff I do know:
( Resident Evil & We Own The Night )
On Monday, if I can, I'll go see The Darjeeling Limited on my own. Probably somewhere in Brooklyn because I have to do this "mini-ethnography" for Avril on Thursday, and I think the Russian neighborhoods (which were in We Own The Night, omg, along with Coney Island) down there will be perfect. And then Friday I get to see 30 Days of Night.
