bohemiaOctober Road: All the girls suddenly turned evil on this show. I don't know what's going on with that. But the story about Angela was cute. They cast the wee!boys really well. And I was thankful for a flashback that wasn't all about Nick and Hannah's epic romance. Good music all around too.
Lost: I could care less for Desmond's episodes. I liked what that they questioned and answered a bunch of things-- and I like their idea of time travel by consciences and not corporeal. But Desmond's time traveling is still hard for me to wrap my head around. They keep flopping between flash back and forwards and then they've got Dessy's conscience traveling between the two also. And I don't really know what's that to do with what's going on other than to drive home the "THIS ISLAND IS WEIRD" mantra.
And Mr. Widmore's really, really interested in the Black Rock. ...'kay.
Jacket is really the only ship that even excites me a tiny bit anymore. Not that I live for ships on shows, really. There was maybe a two month period where I was ship-crazy, but that got old really quick.
So the boat isn't Penny's, but her dad's. And he knows about the island and its powers. Why are his motives so completely different than Penny's? I need to read up on Mr. Widmore though, because for some reason I thought I knew all this already.
I really miss Tom! I was really happy to see him for a second. I wasn't too excited about Juliet's story, but how can Ben be so adorably cute around her and creep me the hell out elsewhere? The dinner "party" scene? I about melted at how cute Ben was acting. He was twelve. A bit creepy with the "but you're mine!" and the sending Goodwin out specifically on that mission (did anyone care about Goodwin's wife? Poor gal...) but well, he's Ben.
The last few moments of this episode should not make me so happy, just in theory. But honestly? Jacket, man. JACKET.

And I have a new layout... kinda. Cloverfield is old already (that was fast) and I needed something new. Nothing really St. Patrick-y came to me, but I can always switch banners if I want to. Although I think I'm going back to rotating headers again, since I have the ability to do them again. Woohoo.
Oh yeah, huge random picspam over here. Not for dial-up, definitely.
And one more meme, that seven quirky things one, which I can't find the rules for but was tagged on by almost ten people:
1. I never get full at a fancy restaurant, even after five courses and dessert. But two courses anywhere else and I'm to the brim.
2. Whenever celebrities appear in my dreams and talk to me, I'm always completely calm and normal. But any time Kevin Rose pops up, I'm a fangirly mess. Which leads me to believe that meeting him would end in the biggest embarrassment of my life.
3. I can control my dreams at will, but most of the time I leave them alone because they're more entertaining on their own.
4. The smell of nail acrylic, tire rubber, permanent marker and gasoline have never bothered me.
5. I hate when people borrow my video game controllers or portables. I always wipe them down after people leave, especially if they sneezed at any point in the day.
6. In the morning, I wash my hands before I take a shower. I don't know why-- I just tend to do so.
7. Olive oil in my salad is a big no. I will put more vinegar in it to nullify the oil if there is any oil in it.
