TV...?
I'm guessing the third season of series just aren't supposed to be my favorites. I just went back and looked at all my "favorite" TV shows, and all of the third seasons were pretty bad. Except for How I Met Your Mother, this season is pretty decent. *pumps fist*
Although I fear for Psych. And... Heroes. But Heroes tends to be horrid for half a season, then apologizes for it so we all go "At least they admit it!" Then it gets better and ends with everyone anticipating the next season. So I'm mostly concerned for Psych.
Huh. Okay that was "random" so uhh... video!
This actually applies across the border, not just to this specific game or to even games themselves.

P.S. I'm reading Watchmen now, and while I'm not the biggest fan of Alan Moore, he is an interesting writer. JDM really knows how to pick the roles, though. O_o

Most of my favorite TV shows go downhill sometime during 2nd or 3rd season, but they usually manage to get good again, given the chance.

With TV seasons going downhill, from what I've seen, it's sometimes due to a big change in the plot or the organization or something. Like when Veronica Mars switched to mystery arches from their season long mysteries, it sucked. Or when BtVS started season four and they tried to do the whole college thing...
The whole writers' strike caused a lot of problems with my shows too.
With Psych, the frustrating thing for me as a viewer was that I didn't really see character development. And that's something that's kind of a necessity in TV shows, at least for me. They didn't change it up enough.
