I just realized there's been a discrepancy in the way I spell "Spencer." Oh well, I'm not editing them all now. But for now on, it'll be "Spencers", because that seems to be my mind's preferred spelling.

I just realized how you're supposed to number legacies. The problem is, that I'm not going with the usual "heir" type of legacy. So the children grow at different rates and that means it could still be one generation while the other house is up to generation two. So I'm waiting until the youngest kids have babies before actually changing numbers. So it's still generation 2 here... got it? OK.

So this is the first part of the Spencers legacy. I know, technically it began with Lia & Shawn's posts. But I'm starting the "generation counting" now. Legacy is a very LOOSE term. I'm not going to pick heirs or have six babies each generation. We're going to follow as many couples and whatnot in the family as we can.

It's not the last of Lia & Shawn either. They still have Max and Ali living there and they're being included in this legacy too.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody!

What am I thankful for? (There's no real order, just as they come)

• That it seems no matter how crappy my life may seem I can pretty much count on tradition.
• Z100 and Adam Sandler for instantaneous mother-daughter bonding last night.
• Silly children that make me laugh and still give me hugs pretty much daily.
• Bijou. And the fact that dogs don't have planned parenthood so Bijou could exist.
• Friends. (No, not the TV show. YOU! ^_^ And... real life friends like GloriAnn and Eli who most likely will never see this but HI ANYWAYSS!)
• My amazing made-from-scratch scones that pwnd everyone today XD (and my stuffing too, regardless of how it was a tad sour :( !)
• ZOMG PSYCH's HIATUS IS ALMOST OVER.
• The word "Soon" in flaming letters. Yeah, no.
