Have you done any flailing today?

It's the little fandoms with the win today, my friends. I still haven't watched Dancing with the Stars, but I know today was the big star extravaganza. Then Sheldon gets owned on TBBT and then, well, there was How I Met Your Mother. Which I may have watched five times so far today. Or I may not have. See, it's 50-50.

I FINALLY SAW AN IRON MAN TRAILER ON TV TODAY. Still haven't seen any print ads/billboards. NYC's just mad Tony Stark left us for Cali. Somehow I'm okay with the transition, but still NO ADS.

In movie news I saw Enchanted today, and I was impressed. Walk Hard was funny, but I saw the Extended Cut so I was kinda going, "END PLZ?" after a while. But there was a lot of people in there besides the regular SNL and Office cast members that made me really, really happy. I may just be ridiculously attracted to Jewish men.

Other movies I highly recommend off my list of movies that I've watched so far: 1408, 28 Weeks Later, Away From Her, Breach, The Invisible, One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Running Scared, Stranger Than Fiction, Taking of Pelham 123, Flags Of Our Fathers, Grizzly Man, Hellboy: Song of Storms, This Film Is Not Yet Rated and The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters. Everything else I enjoyed for one reason or another, except War. Even Jason Statham couldn't save that one.

I'm off to actually read HIMYM fic. Ha.

The Great Friending of 2008

I just added about ten new people out of nowhere. Um, it was one of my New Year resolutions to be more sociable and also not be afraid of LJers who I think are pretty cool. So I just went around friending a bunch of people that I admire for one reason or another. I think they're all interesting and would like to have them on my flist so I could follow them closer.

No harm was meant, but if anyone wants me to de-friend them, comment here.
